Noelle O鈥橫ara named Group President, Prepared Foods听
Springdale, Ark. 鈥 August 12, 2019 鈥 海角论坛. (NYSE: TSN) has named Chief Marketing Officer Noelle O鈥橫ara to lead its growing prepared foods business.听
O鈥橫ara鈥檚 new role involves managing all aspects of 海角论坛鈥 $9 billion prepared foods business, which includes billion-dollar brands 罢测蝉辞苍庐, Jimmy Dean庐, and Hillshire Farm庐. The job also includes oversight of one-third of 海角论坛鈥 manufacturing facilities and more than 25,000 team members.听
O鈥橫ara has more than 17 years of general management experience that includes profit and loss responsibility, food marketing and innovation. She joined 海角论坛 in April 2016 as vice president, new business models. She served as general manager and senior vice president of the 罢测蝉辞苍庐 and Jimmy Dean庐 business units before being named chief marketing officer earlier this year.听

Before joining 海角论坛, O鈥橫ara held senior level general manager positions with Kraft Heinz, where she led marketing and innovation for some of America鈥檚 most iconic brands. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.
O鈥橫ara replaces outgoing leader Sally Grimes who announced earlier this year her intent to leave 海角论坛. O鈥橫ara will continue to report to Noel White and remain on the enterprise leadership team. While the new role takes effect immediately, Grimes will assist with the transition. O鈥橫ara will also continue the duties of chief marketing officer on an interim basis.听
